60 million is a huge amount of money, pretty sure everyone in her neighborhood would be seeing her as some sort of celebrity and that stauts can be retained depending on how she spends this huge amount of money. A lot of people in our country tend to dry up their winnings because they are not financially literate, hope this Toronto Winner is so she and her children's children get to enjoy her winnings too.

That is one of the problems. Once everyone know that she has won the lottery jackpot, they will lineup outside her house to beg. It will take some effort to ignore such people. Take the case of Jack Whittaker. In 2002, he won the largest jackpot till date from Powerball ($113.3 million after the taxes were deducted). But it took less than 10 years for him to use up all that money. The last time I heard, he had declared bankruptcy.
