Yes, these scammers run giveaways in the names of some famous people, and more such names can be seen in the coming days. But thankfully there is no picture of Satoshi Nakamoto, otherwise, these scammers would definitely use it. 
Nothing new but, newbies are still falling for these fake giveaways. The problem is as long as you have greed you will fall for giveaways. Most of them donot realize that nothing is free.
