I think traditional banking is cheaper than certain blockchains lately. 
Use Doge. I heard it is cheap af to send money on doge. (till it is not at least)

But i agree right now, Ethereum fees are really high, the problems is The Blockchain of Ethereum is too crowded, we hope ETH 2.0 can solve that problem.
Until that happen, you can try another platform like Tron, Eos or BSC
