I agree with @yahooo that adding new features to the trade is of utmost importance so that gamblers can trade more easily on one platform but I believe Wolf.bet will do well in the future.

Don't know which of them who accept first but Earnbet also accept UNI on their casino.

Also the exchange feature suggestion is good it will give a choice on what crypto would player want to bet and also it's good for people who want to seek for more cheaper option in terms of withdrawal so I guess many will love this feature if this will be added here.
