I think its about us (Investor), not the market. If that coin really good and has a real work on development i think it's very easy for that project to creating a new ATH because theres a lot of new investor coming in this crypto field investment.
What you said is right, we are seeing many new investors are entering into the crypto market, which we need to focus on most active projects and it will surely help the investors reach new ATH, that's why we should choose the project which has different innovative from others.
