In recent time a have a problem like that my sleeping rate in increasing day by day but unfortunately but work rate become down and become decrease and decrease.
What step I should need to equal both sleeping and working rates???
Because you are bored of what you are doing so your giving more stress to your brain which takes too much time now or simply you become lazy due to the pandemic lockdowns.

Work, take a break and work then take a break so you won't get much tired and also its good to follow some cardio which will be helpful to become more energetic.
