This morning I was able again to claim a chest and now it was succesfull. I got 0.2 Crystal. Too bad you only see rounded amounts for the Crystal. I think when you could have lower amounts, you must also show decimals.

@dre1982 the only way to get them for free is to click on their chat links, and then claim them daily so you can increase your count. Another way is to earn rains from their chatbot, and use that rain money to buy tickets, and these too will be counted as free only because you’re not using your own funds to buy them.
You also get lottery tickets for wagering.
Also, I tried autobetting overnight with the dicebot on the site and there didn't seem to be any issues at all. It ran for 10 hours+. I will try to find out why doc autobet might keep stopping (maybe there's been server restart or maybe their internet disconnected and the bot wasn't able to reconnect and continue). Perhaps there's something that can be improved to avoid bot stopping completely in the future.
The API performance issues are being looked into aswell.
