Historically speaking right now seems like a good time to buy as there is upwards room at around .004btc/ltc.  LTC has a solid base and won't be as risky as some of these other new coins that flash up and down like crazy.  Always good to hold some litecoin in your portfolio.  Just don't look to day trade it.  It can be stagnant for long stretches of time (which is good)
