I could also give the example of someone who posted here some months ago with the exact same problem after purchasing a gift card from Bitrefill.
Even Bitrefill warns people on its website with a message saying something like "Avoid using a gift card with an account without a debit card added or a brand new account".

If you google you will find so many stories with people suspended after using a voucher or a VCC on Amazon

@LeGaulois is absolutely right. I've seen several posts on Telegram where people complained that their Amazon account was suspended after they used a Amazon gift card they bought on Bitrefill. But in almost all cases, the suspension of their Amazon account had nothing to do with Bitrefill as a company. Rather, it was because Amazon had found irregularities in customers' accounts. If a user tries to redeem gift cards on a blank Amazon account, it is very likely that the account will be frozen sooner or later. My personal advice is that you should only use gift cards on an Amazon account that either already has a bank account or credit card added to it. Beyond that, I would not use a VPN.

I really appreciate that Bitrefill added several disclaimer concerning Amazon gift cards on their website, e.g. here:

Hopefully, this will help to ensure that there are fewer problems in this regard in the future.
