Hmmmm i do believe that will decrease the demand for people who mined this coin from their phone. I know that there are possibilities for so many fraudulent accounts being created to cheating the network.
It looks like this rules will give a very big impact to the Pi. It's not so many people wanna send their identity to the untrusted party.
