In recent time a have a problem like that my sleeping rate in increasing day by day but unfortunately but work rate become down and become decrease and decrease.
What step I should need to equal both sleeping and working rates???
balance your Food also and the activities must be equal.

Sleep in right time , at least before 10pm , then woke up at 5am to start a new day.

Eat enough and exercise enough.
