I think sleep rate has little to do with work rate. I see many people, myself included, who sleep little but energetic at work and someone who work with a low efficiency but sleep for a long time. I think it's the mindset that counts. enough rest is just the basis of good working efficiency, there are many other factors that are supposed to be put into consideration~
