If your wallet is not suggesting fees similar to the ones suggested by these sites... you need a new wallet! or perhaps one that lets you set "custom" or "manual" fees 
OP is using Regular fee option, but blockchain.com also provides custom fee. Of course, the transaction price depends not only on how much the sat/per byte OP will pay, but also on the number of inputs.

Can you try to choose a custom fee and try to set it to a minimum of 1 satoshi just to see what amount you will get in $? However, I would not recommend that you do a transaction with such a small fee - but currently if you pay about 25 sat/byte you could expect the first confirmation in the next 4-6 blocks (approximately 1-2 hours).
