Every day I go to bed to sleep but I can not sleep, I have to worry during the night.
I also remember all the annoying things when I decide to sleep.
I want to sleep deeply. I am tired of this situation

Because you are doing nothing physical i believe , because once your body got tired , your mind will come to sleep also and that is the demand .
Try to be more physical and prevent from taking a Nap so once the night comes you will sleep instantly.
