This is a PPLNS Mining Pool, a proportional reward, the pool distributes the reward among miners in proportion to the number of shares received from them
for the current round of block search (the time taken by the pool to find the next block). There is an .8% Pool Fee to cover the expense of providing this pool
and is deducted from the Reward Balance before payment distribution.
