I do yoga in the morning and it has been a year. I feel more flexible than I was, my figure got improved, weight lost. this helped to go the bed and get up regularly and I even removed my tiptok from my phone. it's just like that the whole world became different. my mind grew more peaceful and it relieves the pressure from work. The best part is, it strengthens my self-discipline. Wink
