Develop the habit of going to bed and waking up regularly, obey your nature, insist on going to bed at your habitual time, and establish a good biological clock. On weekends and holidays, avoid slept late. Sleeping more is not good for people. Sometimes you go to bed late because of things, and you should still get up on time in the morning to avoid disturbing the biological clock.
