Coffee and tea have a refreshing effect and shorten the time of deep sleep; although alcohol can speed up falling asleep, it is easy to wake up people during sleep (people who have been drunk should have a deep understanding of that); so avoid anything that may stimulate your nerves before sleep. a glass of milk is ok.
