Everyone is talking about this "Wheel of Fortune" thing, but I do not have this option? Is this only through a link send to people via email or is this somewhere on the site and I am not seeing it?

I have cleared my browser history, thinking it is a cache issue ..but still nothing? Well, if someone can make me a screenshot of this feature and where you access it, it will be appreciated a lot.
