It comes with the arrogance he has something to brag about and that is his unbeaten record, but when it comes to achievement I consider Pacquiao to be miles away, any boxer can retire undefeated but winning titles in 8 division is almost impossible and only Pacquiao has ever reached that and it will be doubly hard to reach that, a boxer should start in a very light division and turn and stock up weight without changes to his style and power.
Both Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather are legends of the sport and there is no debate regarding that, winning titles in 8 multiple divisions is a feat and Mayweather also won in 5 weight divisions and as a fan we were expecting them to fight much earlier but that fight never came to fruition until late in their careers and i would like to see a rematch even though they are well over their prime.
