There are different ways to promote something and maybe this is the way he thinks to pump up Doge. If only he wasn't famous, I don't think anything good will happen to this tweet and probably the Doge market will not go up this much but I don't think he just playing around with the market because maybe he is a Doge holder as he put a Doge Company CEO in his Twitter profile before.
