Why didn't I receive the First deposit bonus in my account 208269117?
I fullfilled the rollback and I'm still waiting for it to be credited!
Support answer: "Dear Customer,
Our company may limit or refuse to allow customers to take part in this or any other offer without providing any reason."

It’s on there ToS. There are lines there that indicating that rule. It’s really unfair but sadly you automatically agree on it once you confirm and register on there website. That is applicable on all of there bonuses, decision and tournament. I’m sure that you knew what exactly going on there site. Just view there profile and click there trust page for your reference.
