I see Yobit exchange, but it says OLDPND? I don't know if that is the same. I really wish this coin would come back! It has a lot of history!

It is the same but old chain, do not buy old PND on Yobit. You can not withdraw.
I am for another week or so very tied up, I have had a few request to try to get Yobit to bring our Pandacoin out of maintenance. They did sync their wallet up a few weeks ago, but it went back into maintenance after a week or so. I just got a response from a ticket I opened, I explained to them I am on the Pandacoin development team and if I could help, please let me know. I gave them some updated information about our new main web site, and our new updated github. If they want they can also use our official Support desk to place a ticket... BTW for support on Pandacoin, anyone can put in a ticket
