For someone like me who only gains Bitcoin through Signature Campaigns and any other things that I see through the Internet. Its always a great time to buy whenever I have the extra money since even though I am buying it in small amounts, the profit can yield bigger that I imagine. Selling at its ATH is only normal since its one of the best moments to get the most profits from HODLing then buy again at another time so it just depends on our guts on when to buy and sell.
