You forgot my case. My account was closed, I didn't retrieve my deposited funds so far, and Security doesn't answer any of my emails. What is I supposed to do?
There isn't! just in case the account is duplicated or rules violated. In that case they should close my account and void all bets placed - which didnt happen.

You are creating alt accounts on this forum as well as on 1xbit. Our security team receiving different complaints from you, thus your email is considered as "trolling", and thus you might not receive answers from security anymore.
The bonus might not be received due to very same reason - you have already received it on another account, or you didn't meet the required conditions of the bonus. The Security team could tell the exact reason.
Betslip is usually refunded in cases of unsportsmanlike character of the match, or in case it was placed after the match beginning.

Hi, your issue is being investigated at the moment, there is no updates yet.
They are blindly or ignoring claims , or answering same thing " Send us PM"
We don't ask people to share their account number publicly, but to send sensitive info directly into pm.
