It's more of getting paid to get the job done, not inviting someone to take responsibility for whether the money is raised or not. At least I think so.

I must admit that this is quite an original form of acquiring team members. This is normally done much earlier. However, I understand that many surprises can happen during the journey of development. I hope you find someone who will take that risk.
