also was a victim of missing coins  sent a email away soon as it happened but was told the deposit address didn't belong to them,  Thought i had lost the plot as used the service alot and never a issue and never screwed up an address in my life,  Have just sent away another email so hopefully get some help this time and restore faith in the service
