From start of Virtapay i was a member, but after the moment they changed to Virtacoin, i never heard anything evermore nor did they ever write my old account over to Virtacoin.
Until now whatever i ask or whomever i write to, i never get an answer about what happened to my old account income, which imho implicates they deliberately took what was mine and left me standing outside in the cold.
So much for honesty in the virtual money reality.
I guess they were not trying to make a run with your money because I have seen people who commented below that they had similar issues and they were able to sort it out and got their money back. So you should do the same thing by copying your private keys and exporting them to the new platform. Because I have experienced such a thing once, I invested in a coin and stored in my Trust wallet and since I am not the type that’s always active, I prefer to just buy coin and then leave it there until I feel like to check it out, so one day I checked and it happened that this particular coin the team has switched and there was no way for me to move it, even their telegram group, they moved everything, so I just has to go to my Trust wallet and delete the coin from there.
