Well i guess people have moved on to a better and more advanced alternatives in the likes of uniswap, 1inch, etherdelta was a pain to begin with, it was the reason i never liked dex,

@OP etherdelta seems has been abandoned from the developer, just like similar issue before Is EtherDelta Finally Gone? their twitter aren't active and their telegram is only full of referral link shitpost.
