Here is what I think: there is no LLC/LTD and there is no "team" and no "security department". You are most likely a one-man band or at most just a group of 2 or 3 people that have been scamming members that trusted you and your website.
This statement could be easily refuted by checking our site - there are thousands of events and promotions. To a decent part of them there are daily updating banners.
Customer support works 24/7 in different languages, and site has millions of visitors per month (you can check it via free tools i.e. similarweb).
+ there is an affiliate part of the site, which is constantly updates with its own creatives.
It's hard to imagine a small team carrying that all, and that's only a part of a work going.
Trolling? so having multiple accounts, do not result in deposits be refunded? tell me please, I'm lost in your rules.
You owe me money. My money. For some things you consider my accounts as duplicates, for other things, they are not duplicate so I can't receive my deposits back. Seriously?
There is no reason for us to not return your deposits, we are doing so on a constant basis (as it seen in this thread). Except for the cases that break our ToS.
