It is very sad to hear your story dude, and I'm wondering why vervecasino is not online here in this forum to give an explanation about your case publicly.
I have no issues with them but looking at how they serve you as one of their high rollers then it makes me feel worry to play again here on verve.
I hope verve come here and solve the issue with a better solution, at least explain what is going on with more details.
Keep silence when there is on going issue is indeed not showing that they are professional.
