After moving from Claymore for several years, I started using PhoenixMiner late last year. No issues at all and my AMD-rigs are running perfectly.
Yesterday, I got my first Nvidia card, a RTX 3080 and think I found new love...

I'm using partly .bat settings and Afterburner with fan 90%, powlim 65, abs min core in Afterburner (-502), and mem +750. Getting 93+ Mh/s. Know the issues with thermal pads, but any OC over this, makes the card thermal throttle (>110 deg C). GPU at 40-ish deg C stable.
Any tips how to increase hashrate without changing the pads?
