As for the dev, you might want to take a look at this too because saying you'll leave it to miners who cam compile .. well, your coin is pretty much already dead. Methinks you just don't have a clue, so perhaps also take a look at how to compile using the docs from this fine gentleman above.
*DMDH benefits having miners who know how to compile collecting their coin. More likely they have diamond hands.
