Stake originals are provably fair. What you need to do to check the fairness of the outcome is to select "My Bets" here

I am pretty sure that we are going to end up with something quite cool, it will probably be both hundreds of original stake games plus the third party games that we could decide to play if we want to but can ignore because of many games originals have, but for now I just think it is quite sad that we know what provably fair is and have it as originals but stake decided to go with not provably fair foreign games.
