I would get whichever one is available. If both are available, i would get the 1660supers.

1. Graphic cards are of different sizes, they might not sit well side by side, some are giant and some are bulky and fat
2. The space between the slots are not enough, even if you insert slim gpus the heat will be much, the highest I can put on that motherboard is just 4 pieces of graphics card for better air flow and less heat
This motherboard has 8x pcie slots, and it's good for 8 gpus. With this type of motherboards you need to be selective with the gpus you get. The fins of the heatsink needs to be horizontal, and you need to have very small spacing between the cards. Yes small spacing, so ideal cards will be 2.5 slot gpus with horizontal fins and you must remove the stock fans. Check out red panda's recent video of server case builds.
