Sorry to say but I think you have no chances to get your issue resolved as what you wish. There is no signs from vervecasino to make an agreement except the last one they offered to you. They have blocked you on twitter as well, and your last conversation with Steve shows that he do not want to talk about it anymore. I know how you feel but nothing you can do now as they do not care about you anymore which is very bad service from a casino staff/admin.
