i'm feeling rather generous today in giving out knowledge.

so here's a clue of what kind of interface will be required for "asset issuance" to take off

i recommend anyone interested in this part of the business peruse the user experience on this site linked beloow both from the project lead, project evangelist and the to be project follower perspectives.

https://www.kickstarter.com/

some stats...
https://www.kickstarter.com/help/stats?ref=help_nav

for the leader and evangelist
https://www.kickstarter.com/help/school

and then take note of what particular category the vast majority of top 50 projects fall into... guess what the synergies are between meta-coin and this particular category...

have a nice day everyone

Are you suggesting that assets for games will be the most popular in Counterparty? Smiley

On the other hand, a crowfunding system on top of Counterparty could replace kickstarter completely or reduce the fees to almost nothing.  Not only that, but there would be no centralized entity to make arbitrary decisions to pull project listings.

both.  but it's a while out.  the bitcoin community is like a bunch of hardware guys that don't even know their h/w is meant to run software. i mean for xrist sake porn.com only started using bitcoin a couple months ago.  think about why that is?  this community utterly sucks at evangelizing to anyone that does not want to buy an ASIC miner and print funny internet money.

why are people so against paying fees?  keep in mind that designing these sites, writing the code, doing user focus groups, gathering data, community engagement all take time and cost money.

try not to focus on the negatives, more about the positives and empowering people.

low fees are useless if you get shit for service, now of course everyone hates high fees and shit for service... but in fact many people are willing to pay even more for great service.
