Maybe they are giving each newly sign individually ? and there is no automatic sign up bonus ?
Or there are limit in how many of accounts will be awarded this bonus ? it is better that the OP will clarify these things here .
They are probably manually releasing the bonuses in order to combat scammers which is the ideal solution. If they didn't do this, scammers could create multiple alt accounts and scam the site. I guess there is a limit per day though.

No need to PM or anything since I received my bet for free right after signing up and used it successfully without any issues.
