This is really hard to maintain honestly since some government are making pressure to other crypto projects but I hope that they can survive the pressure from the government since the real purpose of cryptocurrency is to remain anonymously. Base on the list, Zcash is the best option for me but I'm still looking for a more private crypto that is so easy to convert into fiat money.
This is what I'm saying with interop. Say you have a blockchain that can manage user memberships. You can KYC and say prove over blockchain who has valid membership at anygiven time. Then you could use d4rk (just example) to color the privacy of transactions and nfts describing the membership status and login. So when the user logs in they just need to sign their address. The d4rk colored membership interops with the membership chain to prove that the membership is valid - boom user has access to the service. So you can kyc and follow the rules while still remaining anonymous. Privacy doesn't only have to be for criminals.
