~ I have a the same message you posted, when I opened my account, but when I click on "Agree" button I get "missing translation: en.tron_err_msg.need_active_or_owner_key" error message. Anyone else got this ?
I'm also getting the same error. You are probably signing up with your Posting key and not the Active or Owner keys just like me. Unfortunately, I cannot remember where I saved those other keys or if I ever saved them at all. I just found out the function of each keys today 
Too bad I had some SP in my old account and I cannot use them anymore.
