Elon Musk? I don't think he qualifies. He has done nothing except buy some bitcoins. Putting "#bitcoin" in his twitter bio doesn't count as evangelizing.
I sort of get your point, but he has caused more and more people to think long and hard about joining the crypto space. If it wasn't for him these intensified talks wouldn't happen, and now that he's on board the regulations around BTC and crypto in general should be playing in our favour. It exposed the market and it caused a good amount of hype.
Though, even still he is probably not as dedicated as all the others listed by the OP, so that's not the best place to put Elon. `s sub-category would be a better fit.
