You should add the issue inside this post because the concept just looks like a joke without any clarifications and proofs .
because if this is serious and legit ? that bounty is too huge that everyone will extend their effort and skills just to gain that more than 200k Dollars .
The problem is would that be Help Under Escrow ? because we are talking huge amount here.
Not gonna lie, the wanted posters looks like a meme and OP stating that this guy stolen bitcoin is not a good description of what is really happening. The bounty is huge but I think that it is a fair amount considering a lot of fugitives are priced starting this prices. I do agree, it is big money and having an escrow for a security is a must but I don't think we need to worry about it for now, there isn't a lot of leads on the whereabouts of the guy so we can't be dreaming of the reward yet.
To OP, if you want to convince people that this is a serious thing then you should create details about this person and you need to make people in this forum believe that his capture is a must.
