is your coinbase account registered in the USA or your debit card issuer for the USA? And Do you use virtual or physical card?
Coinbase provides Bank Account/Deposit/PayPal/Debit Card service for USA citizens,
I tried My regular Debit card and it goes smoothly on Coinbase but they didn't take Credit Card for USA citizens.
I don't know details about the prepaid card, I didn't try that option, But I think if Coinbase refused to accept prepaid card then Binance and Kucoin will also not accept that.
