I will ask a few guys I know see if they are interested. How many of these did BTCC make ? I don't recall seeing one in Alias's book but i may have overlooked it.
There were 93 made(2016). +1 double block(50BTC) +16 artist proofs(2015). Total of 110.
Elias' Encyclopedia was in the final stages around the end of 2015, beginning of 2016, so they would not have made it in there.
