You should just go with the cryptocurrency market which is on the top 10 on Coinmarketcap since you will be investing a big amount of money, its better to be safe than to be sorry later on. $UNI might be good but it wont give you that much and there's no assurance on it.

If you will be investing try to just go with Bitcoin or if you want an altcoin, you can go with Litecoin (LTC) These two are ofcourse in the top 10.

At the end of the day, its still your choice. DeFi market is good but most of the time its just about depending on the hype of the investors.
