When making a standard bet on a hockey game if I pick team A to win do they have to win in regulation?  What if they win in overtime or shootout?  If I pick draw would I win if they were tied at the end of regulation or overtime?

If I choose draw on who wins the rest of the match does that include overtime or just regulation?
