because if this is serious and legit ? that bounty is too huge that everyone will extend their effort and skills just to gain that more than 200k Dollars .

The problem is would that be Help Under Escrow ? because we are talking huge amount here.
I doubt that'll be necessary. the owner of Exchange stratum publicly announced on his Twitter account that he will pay 10btc to whoever is able to find Rodrigo Marquez
