You make a deposit and play several times then ask for a withdrawal, is this what you do?
If yes, I believe your account will be deleted from stake.com because this is considered against the rules at stake.com
it could also indicate money laundering even if the amount is under $100 , so after making a deposit you should play at least 1x the total deposit.
I don't think stake will ruin their reputation with this simple problem. As far as I know, their chat support is very fast in responding to their players. Maybe try contacting the chat support and not email. Stake is one of the established casinos here so I don't agree that they have zero reputation. I don't think they will act without basis. I hope you can still resolve your problem with them.
