Still no response in any form of contact.. pretty much just bumping this to make people aware of this casino's mal practices... Shame

They have red trust now and it seems that they doesn't have plan to solve your issues since even by now they don't have any response on this thread, maybe just try to create a dummy account on their site and contact them again also give the link you created here to see what action they will do if they can see that thread. If still no answer maybe its time move on and this is a big red flag to others who plan to play here.
They are not going to pay the money. The amount that is involved is a lot of money for platforms like them.
No chance they will pay out. You have to consider the money as lost, as nobody is going to take action.
