Okay, prepare yourself for the full story of our customer development 

In late 2019, I created the first presentation of our idea of how to help football clubs monetize and engage their fanbase with an innovative reward ad network. we easily got their attention, talked with QPR FC, Norwich FC, Empoli FC, Fiorentina FC, Hellas Verona, Sassuolo, Genk, Gent, Anderlecht, Olimpia Ljubljana, Dinamo Zagreb, Aris FC and few others. We had in-person meetings with all of the different marketing guys there. Approx 80% of meetings were very positive and moved to another level in the club. Presidents are mostly older guys carrying about sponsors and better players. After back and forth we noticed that the process is really long for us. We could only close them if we had really warm contact with the president who understands the benefit. On the way, we got questions if we can do it for players. Then we started thinking if we can make our product good enough for players. We found the way and made a proposal design for a few of them we had direct contact and it was a fast 'YES', so we understood it's much better to focus on individuals than clubs and associations.

After few meetings with players, more questions came if we can make it for other celebrities, so we decided to have meetings with them (because all of them were hit with COVID-19) and all of them gave us quick 'YES', so we started onboarding them and focus 100% with our product on influencers.
